I've always liked playing around with Photoshop. I've even made many of my friends into superheros using production stills from movies like Spider-man or Superman, and just placing their heads on the bodies. But I've only recently started playing around with the photo manipulation options where you an adjust saturation and color balance. So I took a photo this morning while scouting for a film location.
I noticed that the sage brush had a slight purple hue to it, but the photo I took didn't live up the way my eyes perceived the color. So I wanted to see that color more and took it into Photoshop.
I know it might look a little over saturated or even alien, but I really like the blue in the sky and clouds, and the purple in the sage brush contrasted with the extreme yellow in the grass on the hills.
